Scope

This policy describes how BuildPlanGO handles information when you use our websites, web applications, and mobile apps (including com.buildplanpro.mobile).

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, company profile.
• Project data: floor plans, measurements, photos, room scans, documents, estimates, permit-prep exports.
• Location & jobsite data: property addresses you enter for scheduling and permit context.
• Camera / AR: used only when you start scan or capture features — not background recording.
• Commerce data: invoices, payment status, Stripe/QuickBooks objects when integrations are enabled.
• Technical data: IP, device type, diagnostics for security and reliability.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the workspace, generate planning aids you request, secure accounts, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing & retention

Collaborator links and client portals share only what you publish. You may request deletion via support@buildplango.app. Some records may be retained where law or billing requires.
